About the job

We are looking for an experienced Sanitized Job Description that will drive our Vendor Network and Supply Chain initiatives. The role focuses on monitoring network performance, executing vendor travel and action plans, and leading continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance using dashboards, scorecards, and other tools to ensure strong metrics along or exceeding targets.

Conduct vendor performance visits in accordance with the vendor segmentation framework, implementing action plans to report progress toward objectives such as NVS, cycle time, volume, and recycled parts usage.

Influence and lead the vendor network in the region, proactively optimizing operations.

Approach challenges head‑on, invite diverse perspectives, and collaborate on solutions to drive continuous Supply Chain improvement.

Drive initiatives toward achieving Net Zero and sustainability within the vendor network.

Ensure Strong Collaboration with Regional Teams: Lead collaboration efforts and implement initiatives with regional operations.

Drive Strategic Projects: Contribute to the strategic vision and projects in line with company and claims objectives.

Drive customer experience initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and service quality.

Lead project delivery according to the project plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Anticipate future changes and identify opportunities to optimize operations while addressing new trends across regions.

Invest in People: Drive actions to continuously improve team engagement and performance.

Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to foster meaningful performance discussions and empower direct reports (if applicable) to create robust development plans.

Support and reinforce continuous learning and career development opportunities.

What you bring to the table

Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on influencing and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
