Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Campaign Manager in a hybrid Toronto role to lead Campaign Analysts in end-to-end operationalization of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will translate business requirements into delivery plans, manage risks, ensure quality, and drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, build high-performing teams, and maintain execution standards, optimizing efficiency and governance across marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Typically between 5 - 8 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
• High level of proficiency in Salesforce, SAS, SQL, Unica/Interact or equivalent
• Extensive experience in project management
• Advertising and/or creative agency experience.
• Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Responsibilities

The Campaign Manager is responsible for leading a team of Campaign Analysts responsible for the end-to-end operationalization and execution of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels and business lines. The role ensures campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with established governance and quality standards.

This leader acts as the primary point of contact for campaign execution, translating business requirements into executable delivery plans, managing execution risks, quality assurance, and driving continuous process improvement. The Campaign Manager is accountable for ensuring all campaigns are implemented effectively while optimizing execution efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
