Job summary

MNP is seeking a Manager, Business AI to lead the delivery and growth of its Microsoft Business AI practice within the Digital Solutions team in Canada. You will guide AI-powered transformations using Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure, building multi-disciplinary teams of consultants, architects, and developers.

You will partner with clients’ executives to identify AI-enabled opportunities, design scalable solutions, and drive adoption while advancing practice growth and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technology, digital transformation, automation, or AI delivery programs.
• Experience managing consulting engagements, project teams, and client relationships.
• Demonstrated success delivering Microsoft-based business solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced consulting environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Bonus if bilingual French.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Business AI, Copilot, and Power Platform engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Guide clients in designing and deploying agentic solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies.
• Lead the development of intelligent business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, security, scalability, and adoption across AI and automation initiatives.
• Establish best practices for responsible AI, solution architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to align client solutions with platform capabilities and industry trends.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, business analysts, developers, and solution architects.
• Provide coaching and career development opportunities for AI, automation, and consulting capabilities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, collaboration, and client success.

Responsibilities:

AI Solution Delivery & Leadership

• Lead the successful delivery of Business AI, Copilot, and Power Platform engagements from strategy through implementation.

• Lead the development of intelligent business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, security, scalability, and adoption across AI and automation initiatives.
• Establish best practices for responsible AI, solution architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to align client solutions with emerging platform capabilities and industry trends.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of consultants, business analysts, developers, and solution architects.
• Provide coaching and career development opportunities that help team members expand their AI, automation, and consulting capabilities.

ClientAdvisory & Transformation

• Partner with executive and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI‑enabled transformation.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover automation, Copilot, and agent use cases that drive measurable business value.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI and low‑code solutions.
• Advise clients on AI strategy, governance, adoption, change management, and organizational readiness.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and ongoing optimization.

BusinessDevelopment & Practice Growth

• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and solution teams to develop proposals, Statements of Work, and solution roadmaps.
• Contribute to the growth of MNP Digital's AI and Power Platform capabilities through thought leadership, innovation, and market awareness.
• Develop a strong understanding of MNP's services, industries, and client needs through experiential learning and client engagement.
• Represent MNP Digital within professional associations, industry events, Microsoft communities, and local business networks.

Operational Excellence

• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery expectations.
• Oversee forecasting, invoicing, and engagement profitability.
• Contribute new ideas, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets that improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience leading technology, digital transformation, automation, or AI delivery programs.
• Experience managing consulting engagements, project teams, and client relationships.
• Demonstrated success delivering Microsoft‑based business solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced consulting environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken) and a taste for teamwork – a bonus if you are bilingual (French)

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $120,000 and $150,000 based on experience and skills.
