A leading construction firm in Vancouver seeks an experienced Manager to oversee the craft labour business within their Construction group. You will lead multiple teams, manage project lifecycles, and drive operational excellence while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in construction operations and strong leadership skills. We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee Ledcor’s growing self-perform craft labour business within our Construction group.
You will lead multiple working groups delivering trade scope services across multiple project sites. The initial focus will be on supporting internal projects with deficiency close-out, with the objective of expanding to external clients.
You will be accountable for building strong client and stakeholder relationships, delivering projects throughout the full lifecycle, and driving operational excellence through standardized workflows, scalable processes, and disciplined execution.
Compensation details: $98,800 - $135,850 Annually.
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
