Who we are looking for

This position is part of the Residential Pricing team, reporting to the Director, Pricing. The Pricing team manages the long‑term pricing strategy, promotional offer strategy, and key revenue‑driving programs across the Residential business. We collaborate with partners in channels, marketing, and base management to develop acquisition and retention strategies and execute on pricing tactics. The team focuses on achieving quarterly/annual revenue and subscriber targets. The Manager, Residential Base Pricing is responsible for supporting Residential base pricing strategies and offer toolkits. They also support through leading programs to help drive revenue improvements across the business. The successful candidate will support create and execute pricing proposals that connect to business targets for subscribers, revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Create base pricing strategies to meet subscriber, revenue, cost, and profitability targets by analyzing customer‑based data, financial data, demand trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Assist in running customer retention, value management and migration programs.
  • Seek alignment on recommended strategy with key stakeholders (Finance, Base management, IT, Care, Product, Planning).
  • Analyze customer‑based data, financial data, demand trends, and industry dynamics to identify and action new pricing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Care Channels and IT, ensuring measures and tools are established & implemented for operational success.
  • Support pricing proposals with robust business cases.
  • Ensure development and maintenance of pricing tools (pricing grid, offer results/uptake, competitive grid, etc).
  • Collaborate with other cross‑functional teams to have an in‑depth understanding of market/competition and maintain awareness of offers.
  • Leads analysis to assess program effectiveness and suggest opportunities for program improvements.
What You Bring
  • University or College degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience developing sales and/or marketing plans to maximize sales performance.
  • Sales or Customer Care experience and working knowledge would be an asset.
  • Strong time‑management capabilities, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team either face‑to‑face or remotely, excellent judgment, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
