Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (CTC) is seeking an experienced AI Governance and Risk Lead to drive risk assessments, governance, and regulatory compliance across AI initiatives. You will partner with Privacy, Security, Legal, Risk, and business teams to embed controls and monitor lifecycle risks.

The role requires 5+ years in risk/compliance with strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience applying regulatory frameworks in complex organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk management, compliance, audit, governance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of AI, ML, and generative AI concepts and related risks.
• Experience applying regulatory, risk, or control frameworks in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk management, privacy, or security is a plus.

• - Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Experience with AI governance, model risk management, privacy, or security practices is an asset.

Broadband Salary Range:$80,000.00 – $131,000.00
Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
