A leading cultural organization in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Accounts and Client Success to oversee corporate partnerships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will manage high-level accounts, ensuring excellent service and strategic alignment with organizational objectives. This role offers a competitive salary of CAD 65,000 and requires in-office work a few days a week, with full-time requirements during Festival events.

We are currently hiring for the position of:
MANAGER, ACCOUNTS AND CLIENT SUCCESS
The Manager, Accounts and Client Success plays a key role in the creative development, planning, and execution of partnership programs that deliver meaningful results for clients and drive revenue for TIFF. This role oversees a portfolio of mid- to high-level corporate partner accounts, ensuring service excellence, revenue growth, and alignment with organizational objectives. Annual revenue target: $750,000–$1,000,000.
