Manager, A.L.I.C.E @ SGH Campus (Contract)

A.L.I.C.E @ SGH Campus aims to advance innovation and research in the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. Located within SingHealth Tower, this innovation center is a 590-square-metre purpose-built hub equipped with facilities and tools for brainstorming, prototyping, and test-bedding etc. It catalyses collaborations between clinicians, healthcare innovators and multidisciplinary industry partners for the acceleration of healthcare innovations.

You will work closely with the Manager and Deputy Director in program logistics, mentorship alignment, and community building. You will ensure that all program activities, including workshops, seminars, and networking sessions are running smoothly and provide administrative and operational support to healthcare startups.

You will engage with startups, mentors, and stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and ensuring a seamless mentorship experience. Additionally, you will contribute to ecosystem and partnership development, supporting outreach efforts to healthcare institutions, providers, and research organisations. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor startup progress, and preparing reports on program success for internal and external stakeholders.

You will also support marketing efforts such as developing content for newsletters, social media, and industry promotions to highlight startup successes and program milestones. You will play a critical role in ensuring the Accentuate program operates efficiently while fostering a supportive and impactful healthcare innovation community.
