As a Manager, you will provide support to the overall success of service delivery.

Your work will include:

  • Ensure that day-to-day functions follow the strategies of Dexterra in advancing the goals of the organization.
  • Meet with section leads and employees to determine staffing requirements.
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security.
  • Ensure basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Take overall financial responsibility for the account.
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
  • Draft reports and make written recommendations.
  • Align maintenance strategies with KPI requirements.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Relevant experience in civil or military operations on projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, or one long-term project of 10 years or more, with at least 10 years of overall work experience.
  • Experience in civil or military operations as PMP or in another professional capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or in business administration (an asset).
  • Strong contract management skills.
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
