Harnois Énergies’ Proxi convenience store is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a welcoming checkout environment.

You will handle administrative duties, training, and motivate team members, with on-site training and opportunities for advancement. This full-time role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a retail assistant manager or equivalent is preferred.
• DEP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the day-to-day management of the store in the absence of the manager.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming checkout environment.
• Participate in the administrative management of the store (cash registers, orders, inventories, etc.).
• Train, supervise and motivate team members.
