Based in Vancouver, our client is a boutique corporate finance firm looking to add an experienced Manager to their team. The ideal candidate is a designated CPA with 5+ years of relevant experience.

About the Position

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP, including notes and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and review the statement of cash flows, including all required supporting documentation.
• Draft and review accounting memos for complex transactions such as revenue recognition and equity instruments.
• Coordinate an efficient financial reporting process for both internal and external requirements.
• Contribute to strengthening internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance.
• Maintain the company’s capitalization table and assist with weekly wire transfers as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with the team to plan engagement objectives and reporting strategies.
• Stay current on general business and economic trends and assess their impact on clients.
• Leverage technology to support continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improved service delivery.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements
