Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. Start your career across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations, with a clear path and opportunities to promote from within.

Training, mentoring, and a culture of internal advancement help you progress. Based at Prince George, BC, you’ll learn from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and develop the skills to run a future branch.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 2-year Diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred and recognized by WES/IRCC.
• Preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop the ability to run a future branch and cultivate new business.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
