Enterprise Holdings in Montreal is offering a Management Internship designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. The paid role places interns in a team-based environment with challenges similar to full-time professionals.

The 14-week Winter 2027 internship runs January 11, 2027 to April 16, 2027, onsite at Montreal Island locations. The program includes bonuses, training, and potential part- or full-time job offers after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Canadian university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Business degree program or similar.
• Must be graduating on or before December 2027.
• Must be available to work full time (40h) during the Winter 2027 semester.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 driving infractions on license in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must speak fluent French.

Responsibilities

• You’ll help manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers and develop marketing strategies.
• You’ll build relationships with customers and coworkers while completing intern projects.
• You may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This role is located at one of our Montreal Island location (1005 Guy St, Montreal, Quebec, H3H 2K4 or surrounding areas) and pays $22.11/ hour.

Responsibilities
