Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training program in Milton, Ontario. As a Management Trainee, you will learn all facets of the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will be mentored in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear pathway to running your own branch and growing within a large global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a Canadian university or equivalent recognized by WES/IRCC.
• 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles.
• Valid Canadian driver's license with minimal violations in last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one within the Management Training program.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on guidance to excel in customer service, sales, finance, and operations.
