Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Dieppe, NB. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one, serve customers as the face of the company, and rotate through sales, operations, and leadership tracks to prepare for running your own branch.

You must be 18+, hold a Canadian Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and be fluent in French and English. A Canadian 5 driver’s license and clean record are required; sponsorship is not provided.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by WES/IRCC.
• Must speak fluent French and fluent English.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business - and your success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must speak fluent French and fluent English.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
