Enterprise Mobility in Canada is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one and rotate through sales, customer service, and operations at a neighborhood branch.

You will receive mentoring, a structured path to run your own branch, develop new business, and grow with a culture of promotion from within; the program emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian university or international equivalent (preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with limited moving violations.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada; sponsorship not offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support daily operations.
• Develop leadership skills to eventually run a branch and grow the business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Mustbe authorized to workinCanada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
