We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in‑depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $61,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
