Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.

You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. You will master knowledge and skills required to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed. You get out into the community and establish relationships crucial to building your own business.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You’ll learn to put our customers first. Our culture of friendly competition is essential for growing our business and your success.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must speak fluent French.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in future.
• Must have experience or involvement in at least one of the following areas:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, call center, restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: military, athletics/competitive sports, case competitions, clubs/associations.
