This role involves organizing data, managing client communications, and supporting an Influencer Management Team. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Management Team Support professional to work closely with one of our top Influencer Management Teams. This role is ideal for anyone eager to launch or grow their career in talent management and influencer marketing, gaining hands‑on experience across operations, recruitment, brand outreach, client management, and business development.
You will act as a central hub for the team: organizing data, managing pipelines, supporting client and talent communications, coordinating schedules and meetings, tracking key priorities, and contributing to the overall success of our talent roster and agency relationships. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy staying organized while juggling multiple priorities, and are passionate about the creator economy—this role is for you.
