A leading wholesale distributor is seeking Management Development Program Trainees for a full-time role in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The program includes comprehensive training across various business aspects, hands-on experience, and close mentorship. We are currently hiring full time Management Development Program Trainees. Base Salary - $52,500 + Profit Sharing. This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing. Please note that successful candidates to this position may be required to relocate within Canada to complete their training. Relocation assistance will be provided. There is a four-phase Management Development Program designed to teach every aspect of how the business operates, including shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management, employee development, and more. You will grow a sales territory, provide world-class customer service, and receive mentoring and support from current managers and teammates across Canada to build a successful management career at EMCO.
Upon completion of the training phases, you will be prepared to take on a managerial role at one of EMCO’s Canadian Profit Center locations.
