Job summary

Accenture Consulting Canada is looking for ambitious individuals to join our CFO & Enterprise Value program, building consulting and digital finance skills through diverse projects across industries. You will collaborate with clients to understand how their finance operations work, identify end-to-end improvements (P2P, O2C, R2R), and apply AI, automation and cloud ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing CPA designation and enrolled in CPA PEP or recently completed CFE.

Responsibilities

Kick‑start your career in our Consulting Development Program‑style environment within CFO & Enterprise Value, where you will build leading consulting and digital finance skills through diverse project experiences across industries.

• Work closely with clients to understand how their business operates today, with a focus on the Office of the CFO and finance organizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve end‑to‑end finance processes, including Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, and Record‑to‑Report.
• Support finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI, intelligent automation, analytics, and digital finance solutions.
• Help implement Cloud ERP and enterprise value platforms, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, and Anaplan.
• Use data and analytics to uncover insights, support decision‑making, and tell compelling business stories.
• Support project delivery by managing timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in client workshops, prepare materials, facilitate discussions, and support change management and adoption efforts.

Work location: This role may include a mix of working remotely and working onsite (up to 80%) with our clients/partners or in our offices/delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. You should expect some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and relationship‑building with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

What You’ll Need

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship, co‑op, or full‑time) in finance, accounting, controllership, FP&A, audit, shared services, or finance transformation.
• Currently pursuing a CPA designation.
• Enrolled in CPA PEP and/or registered for or recently completed the CFE.
• Recently graduated (or soon to graduate) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field such as Business, Commerce, Accounting & Financial Management, Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups, facilitating discussions, and communicating insights.
• Familiarity with finance processes, business analysis, project management, and technology‑enabled transformation.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced, and evolving environment.
• Eligibility for Reliability Clearance for Ottawa location

Bonus Points

• Exposure to ERP or finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan, BlackLine, or similar technologies.
• Experience with automation, analytics, Power BI, advanced Excel, or process improvement initiatives.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation applications within finance and accounting.

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
