Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in organizational behaviour/industrial-organizational psychology or a related field with graduate-level coursework.
• Strong teaching experience at university level or related course development experience is required.
• Preferred: Ph.D. with extensive teaching credentials and good teaching evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Design and teach a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of content.
• Develop, administer and grade assignments, tests and exams; calculate and submit grades.
• Maintain regular office hours and be available for student and administrative contact.
• Supervise teaching assistants assigned to the course.
