Overview

We are seeking a talented retail leader to join our Sobeys Store in Portage la Prairie, MB. The successful candidate will initially serve as a Candico Store Manager, leading day-to-day operations while gaining hands‑on experience in strategic planning, talent management, and operational excellence.

Upon successful completion of performance milestones and evaluation requirements, this position may lead to consideration for a future Franchise Owner/Operator opportunity, subject to business needs and approval processes.

*An initial significant investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators


• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
