As a Mall Lead Security Guard, you will be motivating and leading a team of highly trained Security guards. There is a high focus on customer service, de-escalating situations and constant patrol, since you will be working with people all shift, in a Mall environment.

Responsibilities for Mall Security Guard

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Lead a team of highly trained security guards
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Perform patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce property regulations and city bi-laws on the client's site.
• Monitor CCTV
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Coordinate response to incidents.
• Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
• Complete daily reports and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications for Mall Security Guard
