Job description

The Souris Hotel & Murray Building (Souris Manitoba) is seeking a part time Maintenance & Yard person for approximately 20 hours per week (days 11 AM - 3 PM). This candidate must monitor & maintain all aspects of the facilities & equipment. Responsible for preventative maintenance, day to day maintenance of all technical components of the building including electrical, mechanical, energy management, fire alarm safety systems, building repairs as well as expertise in the areas of daily operational activities to ensure rooms and apartments are maintained in premium working order. Must be a multi tasker and have superior guest service personality and ability to work within a close knit team environment. This is a flexible shift with some on call availability on weekends and all Stats off.
