POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The welcoming Villa Saguenay residence is seeking a Maintenance Worker. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing minor renovations and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility.

This is a part-time, occasional evening position (2 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 30 p.m.).

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintenance of common areas
• all other related tasks

Construction

• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Make service calls
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• CPR training (asset)
