Salary: $39.44 / hour

Shifts: 10PM-6AM OR 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM Rotating. We especially want to hear from those interested in the 10PM-6AM shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Red Seal or BC Journey-level Millwright (433A), Maintenance Electrician (442A or 309A), or completed courses in Robotics, Automation, PLC, etc.
• At least four years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment, with knowledge in PLCs (OMRON / AB), robotics (Fanuc), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics. Experience is valued, so even if you lack certifications but have extensive maintenance experience, we want to speak with you.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, processing equipment, pumps, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Beckhoff programming is an asset.
• Computer and PLC knowledge is an asset.
• Installation and setup of production tooling within ±0.005 inches; proficiency in PLC & HMI programming.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general repairs to maintain quality and production levels.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve downtime issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain the facility by performing repairs as needed.
• Fabricate or build items and perform building maintenance.
• Maintain robotic systems.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
