  • Perform hands‑on repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
  • Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.
  • Perform related ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Able to provide support to other departments.
  • Participate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employee.
