Overview

Our client in Brantford is looking for Maintenance Technicians to join their team!

Work for a company that has regular lunch & learns, paid training, and company social events. This is a direct-hire position.

Duties
  • Trouble shooting of machinery to minimize down time
  • Contributing to the development & implementation of programs and equipment upgrades
  • Create work orders and assist in the planning of jobs and projects
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation
Shifts
  • Monday-Friday, Nights 11pm-7:30am
Pay
  • $25-$45 hourly, based on experience and if ticketed
  • Plus shift premiums for nights or afternoons

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech. (3+ years); manufacturing setting is an asset
  • Strong decision making, problem solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent technical skills, mechanical aptitude and ability
  • Ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines
  • Skills such as electrical troubleshooting, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum, plumbing, fabrication, and other areas as needed
