Job summary

Kenvue Inc. in Canada is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician for the Night Shift to join the Production Maintenance team in Guelph.

This onsite role supports processing and packaging equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting across a range of production lines. Applicants should hold millwright or electrician credentials and demonstrate independence, strong problem solving, and good documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Industrial Millwright 433A and/or Electrician 442A or Journeyman 309A, one ticket required; two an asset.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting, service, repair, and maintenance of production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all manufacturing equipment, perform repairs and daily maintenance tasks.
• Execute Preventative, Corrective and Emergency maintenance per SOPs, GMP and safety rules.
• Support troubleshooting and reliability activities as needed.
• Assist with job plans and preventative maintenance reviews, including Maximo migrations.
• Own critical equipment as defined by the site reliability roadmap.

What will you do

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated millwright or electrician to join the Production Maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. You will support both processing and packaging equipment maintenance activities during the night shift (11pm to 7am, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all manufacturing equipment, perform repairs, and support daily maintenance processes
• Execute Preventative, Corrective, and Emergency Maintenance work orders by following internal SOPs and procedures while adhering to GMP and safety requirements.
• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability activities where required.
• Support job plan and preventative maintenance review and migration into Maximo
• Own specific critical equipment as defined by the site’s reliability roadmap

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Industrial Millwright 433A and/or Electrician 442A or Journeyman 309A, one ticket required, two an asset.
• Proven track record of working independently to troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Strong aptitude for problem solving.
• Technical expertise in processing and/or packaging.
