Durabuilt Windows & Doors in Edmonton, Canada is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running efficiently. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on machinery, maintain GED line equipment, and support preventive maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in maintenance, can read engineering drawings, and are proficient with hand and power tools. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a Maintenance Technician role.
• Experience troubleshooting GED machine and facility equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance and CMMS.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production machinery.
• Inspect and replace motors, drives, sensors, relays, and other components.
• Diagnose faults with PLC inputs/outputs, HMI alarms, and drives.
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, alignments, calibrations.
• Record maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Assist OEM technicians during troubleshooting and service visits.
• Provide clear handovers and train operators.
• Support GED Line maintenance and documentation.
