Job Description

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician in Kingston, MA to take charge of the upkeep and enhancement of our community spaces, from rental units and common areas to grounds and parking lots.


Shift: 8-hour shift, M-F & on-call. You will follow a set schedule pattern, with any changes communicated by your supervisor. Flexibility and adaptability are needed.


25% travel involved to another property located at East Falmouth, MA (with mileage reimbursement)

Responsibilities:


  • Keep our properties in top shape, handling everything from painting and lawn care to electrical work and snow removal.

  • Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next with thorough ‘turnover’ maintenance.

  • Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.

  • Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.

Experience Required for Your Success

What We Are Looking For:



  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • HVAC / EPA / OSHA certification is a plus.

  • 1 year of relevant experience with general knowledge in basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.

  • Valid Driver’s License required.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for residents.

  • Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
