A prominent housing organization is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician I to join their team in Ontario, CA. Responsibilities include performing repairs, completing service requests, and maintaining community grounds. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of relevant experience. The pay range is $24.00-$26.00 per hour, with a Monday to Friday schedule.
WinnCompanies is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at The Grove, a 101-unit residential community located in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
The pay range for this role is $24.00-$26.00 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
