Responsibilities

• Install and repair drywall, including taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing.

• Apply paint, stains, and finishes to a variety of interior and exterior surfaces.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality results.

• Maintain inventory of tools and materials to ensure projects run smoothly.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance with a focus on drywall, painting, and cabinetry.
