Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in grounds, property, or building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning and maintain park sites.
• Operate utility vehicles including sweepers and forklifts.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintain waste compactor sites.

Skills
