We are seeking a reliable Part‑Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Greens at Lake Overholser!

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of , as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on‑site, saving time and gas every day!
