Your main role with Standard Manufacturers will be to support manufacturing and maintain all physical assets throughout the plant. As well as, to perform routine maintenance on equipment, machinery and company facility as per our lean initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN :

  • 3+ years in hands on maintenance work
  • Mechanically inclined, read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings
  • Adjust, repair or replace defective parts on machinery, equipment and establishment
  • Communicates and solves problems with team and supervisor
  • Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance
  • Understanding of Lean principles
  • Safety-focused, proactive approach to maintenance
  • Critical thinker
  • Motivated and committed to making an impact and improving department
