Job summary

QuadReal Property Group, through its Parkbridge lifestyle communities platform, seeks a Maintenance Technician for Gallagher Lake Camping & RV Resort. You will perform grounds maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of septic, water, and irrigation systems to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

On-site role requiring a valid G-class license, weekend and after-hours availability, and adherence to Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have valid G-class driver’s license.
• On-call availability for sewer, water, and park emergencies may be required.
• Water operator certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance and landscaping of the property.
• Repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment.
• Managing and recording upkeep of septic, water, and irrigation systems.
• Maintaining Health & Safety requirements for the Community and Buildings.
• Ensuring ongoing communication with the manager.
• Maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to requests from manager with courtesy and timeliness.
• Interact with residents with patience and courtesy.
• Operate within OH&S legislation and company policies.
• Be prepared for after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Other duties as required.
