Summary

Maintenance Technician specializing in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Tetra Pak filling and packaging machines within the food industry. Adept at ensuring optimal equipment performance, reducing downtime, and maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards critical to mineral water production. Proficient in performing both scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Committed to supporting production efficiency and equipment reliability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

REQUIREMENT: Must have experience with Tetra Pak machines in food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all plant equipment (processing, filling, capping, printing, packaging, conveyor systems, etc.).
  • Perform preventative maintenance following standards and schedules as outlined in the PM and TPMS programs (lubrication, adjustment, setting, replacement, cleaning, etc.).
  • Assist and work with equipment/machine operators to ensure safe and continuous operation.
  • Perform changeovers on different volume and format as required.
  • Make recommendations and implement improvements to equipment for productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Understand, support, and comply with all company policies, including Health and Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, and Quality.
  • Maintain daily activity log and spare parts consumption.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Mechanical Engineering background is a must.
  • Must have experience operating Tetra Pak machines.
  • 1-3 years working as maintenance technician in food and beverage industry.
  • Team worker and excellent communication skills.
  • Millwright license (or in progress) is a must.
  • This job is applicable only if you are able to work FULLTIME in Canada (ONLY valid work permit or PR).
