Base pay range

CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$110,000.00/yr.

TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Lead on behalf of our client in the Edmonton area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead a high-performing maintenance crew in a dynamic industrial environment.

Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to deliver safe and efficient operations.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Uphold and enforce safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and reports.
• Support capital projects, upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and engagement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize plant performance.

Job Requirements:

• Journeyperson Millwright certification OR a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial equipment.
• Skilled in maintenance management systems and computer applications.
• Proven leadership with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in unionized settings considered an asset.
• Safety-focused mindset with a track record of leading by example.
