Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Planner, or Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of maintenance systems, workflows, and sawmill/planer operations.

• Oversee parts inventory and track maintenance progress.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.
