Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Windsor, Ontario. You will lead skilled trades teams to ensure effective maintenance operations, driving safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least three years of industrial automation experience and demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational capabilities, and a background in manufacturing will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience required.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with team leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor skilled trades employees in maintenance.
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities.
