What you'll do

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager and the Operations Team whilst attending to service requests and general maintenance tasks for Whistler Platinum's 150 vacation homes.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards;

  • Consistently offering professional, engaging and friendly service to in-house owners and guests
  • Coaching and training team members on all aspects of general maintenance
  • Responding to maintenance tasks as requested
  • Completing silicone, caulking, painting, plumbing and carpentry projects
  • Completing hot tub water quality checks and services
  • Completing deficiency reports from the Maintenance Manager, Owner Services and Dispatch
  • Performing van audits and monitoring stock levels in the Maintenance Shop
  • Other duties as required

  • Positive, punctual and professional
  • Excellent grooming with professional image and attitude
  • Great knowledge of the Whistler area is an advantage
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are able to make a one-year commitment
  • You must have a valid BC driver’s licence
