As a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing company specialized in professional sports uniforms, you will plan, organize, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across diverse equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic). Leading a team of 7 technicians—including electromechanics and maintenance staff—you will ensure machine reliability and smooth operations. You'll also play a key role in automation and continuous improvement projects in close collaboration with other departments and management.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience supervising maintenance teams, preferably in industrial settings
• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Electrician license C is a significant asset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Highly organized, rigorous, and autonomous
• Ability to motivate and unite a team during change management
• Project management and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of electrotechnics, automation, and machinery installation
• Technical English considered an important asset

Conditions / Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time day shift
• Annual salary range: $80,000 to $110,000
