We are looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor with strong experience working in food production environments – someone who knows their way around refrigeration systems, food safety standards, and production equipment. In this role, you’ll lead a small maintenance team, manage contractor relationships, and ensure equipment reliability that keeps operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and mentor a small maintenance team
  • Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of food production and refrigeration/freezer systems
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Manage contractor scheduling and performance
  • Maintain and optimize parts inventory and CMMS processes
  • Play a key role in improving maintenance practices and operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For:
  • Millwright or Electrician license
  • Experience supervising maintenance in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands‑on technical background
  • Knowledge and experience working with refrigeration and cold storage systems
  • Experience with CMMS and solid analytical / Excel abilities
  • Comfortable coordinating contractors and service providers
  • Organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of processes
