Job summary

KONE in Southwest Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead local service operations. You will drive service delivery, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate with customers and peers to achieve business goals.

You will bring 2+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory exposure, ideally with a union workforce, and a related associates degree or equivalent. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Salary and Compensation

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $100,600 – $131,985. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 17% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
