Are you our next Maintenance Supervisor?

We are currently seeking a Underground Maintenance Supervisor at our Esterhazy, SK K3 location. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance/construction in an industrial setting. Assist workers in troubleshooting equipment problems based on observations and applying knowledge of experience.

What will you be working on?

Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards.

Execute all preventive and predictive maintenance job plans as per schedule.

Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages. Execute weekly maintenance routine workflow schedule in the assigned of the facility.

Review Work Order Feedback to insure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans.

People Management: Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.

What is required for this role?

High School/GED required.

5+ years of Maintenance or Underground Maintenace experience.

Must have Saskatchewan U/G Supervisor certificate or 3 years U/G mining experience.

Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.

Must be authorized to work in Canada.
