Role & Requirements

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by achieving safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

You will bring 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience as well as supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce, to our KONE family and an appetite for learning in an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your Trade or University degree in a related field or additional years of experience. CEIP training and / or elevator experience is an asset.

The hiring range for this role is $101,700 - 139,800. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
