Job description
Position Responsibilities
  • You will lead workers engaged in maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
  • You will help us monitor downtime and efficiencies of the production lines, paying special attention for maintenance and mechanical trends - aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel.
  • You will train, motivate, evaluate, and direct employees to follow safe, quality work methods and standards.
  • Enforce the plant's safety program and maintain compliance to all OSHA safety regulations and standards.
  • Assume full ownership of predictive and preventive maintenance activities including oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine-compressor analysis, and infrared thermography.
  • You will help us evaluate PM/PDM activities and frequencies to ensure optimum use of workforce and resources in maximizing equipment reliability.
  • You will ensure your team supports maintaining equipment for efficient operation within maintenance budget; within the constraint of the union contract.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Creation of Purchase Requisitions from work orders using SAP CMMS system
Position Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • At least 3-5 year's experience with manufacturing maintenance
  • Experience supervising Maintenance Teams in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs an asset
  • Experience with SAP an asset
Physical Requirements

While performing the tasks of this job, you are required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. You are occasionally required to sit; use hands for full dexterity; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation

Pay Range: $62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
