A leading food manufacturer in Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure equipment reliability. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. This role emphasizes safety compliance, leadership, and hands-on maintenance management while offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
While performing the tasks of this job, you are required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. You are occasionally required to sit; use hands for full dexterity; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Pay Range: $62,000-$91,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
