If you are ready to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department by managing inventory and supporting maintenance activities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Maintenance Storekeeper duties include, but are not limited to:

Tasks related to parts and services
  • Monitor and perform incoming inspection of parts
  • Create and approve purchase orders
  • Responsible for packing and shipping parts
Tasks related to tools and equipment
  • Check and maintain tool calibration
  • Control and maintain the outgoing and return of tools/equipment in good condition
  • Maintain tool cabinets
  • Check and inspect equipment
Tasks related to consumables
  • Maintain product expiry date system
  • Maintain adequate level of consumables
General tasks
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized
  • Analyze and correct inventory process problems
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, using only approved equipment and materials supplied by the company
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in materials management or purchasing management
  • Experience or knowledge of Corridor (an asset)
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to read and understand technical certification of parts (8130-1, Form 1, C of C)
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Eligible for a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
